Rekids family member Nina Kraviz achieved huge success with her stunning and seductive debut LP released earlier this year, which has prompted label boss Matt Edwards to release a Nina Kraviz remix album due in 2013. Offering a sneak preview, this knock out package features two reworks of the monumental ‘Ghetto Kraviz’ coming from techno legend Steve Rachmad and a remix of ‘Love Or Go’ from Bulgarian hit maker KiNK.

First on remix duty, Steve Rachmad delivers two interpretations of the lusciously deep and sexy ‘Ghetto Kraviz’ – undoubtedly one the biggest records of the year. Rachmad’s ‘Jack Mix’ adds a heavy dose of Detroit techno with a ground rattling bass and layers of percussion echoing into the deep vortex with warm yet eerie synths floating throughout. Next up, his ‘Scorp Interpretation’ adds manic spacey bleeps for a trippy ride on the dance floor. Involved in electronic music for over a quarter of a century with releases on labels such as Cocoon and 100% Pure, the influential Dutch artist is a welcome addition to Rekids.
